Day 9
... through mile upon mile of stubble fields, some cultivated some not. Saw big boys toys, Ian wanted to stop and play! Saw some eagles, one even stayed in the tree long enough to take a photo and have a good look at him through binoculars. Drove to Brandon, filled up with gas, had to pay$20 for water! Walmart was busy, so went to the town dump station to empty the water. Montana's for tea ...

... Hope the seat pitch on JAL accomodates people over 5 ft 6 ins or I wont be able to walk when I get there 3 hours later. Nicolas loves Maggie
When they first met, Maggie was much more excited to meet Nicolas than Nicolas was to meet her. Nic was interested in her but very cautious. It has been really neat to watch him warm up to her and become the one reaching out to her to play. Now, he watches her everywhere she goes and is determined to pull her ears.
