... I could save room for pie. She said, "Oh, of course. We have five types of pie. You'll need room for one of each." The stuffed hash browns were stuffed with cheese, peppers, onions, ham, and deliciousness! So good, but huge!!!! I only ate half and decided I'd try the coconut cream pie. Again, so tasty! The whole slice was delicious, but the crust was the best I've ever had. Barb and I chatted the whole time I was there. She told me some hilarious stories ...

Weather: Start 16C 6pm 18C

After bragging about out marvelous weather a huge storm system hit us around 7am. At 9am I decided to stay an extra night because of the storm. ... the tarmac road then almost immediately turn back onto the dirt road again! This time I took a corner a little too fast and the washboads were bouncing me off the road! With a little patience I got to the apex of the corner then gunned it! and came out OK. The final 25 kms of the journey was via 4 lane highway sigh... Checked into the motel then next door for Mexican food. My lips have stopped burning now from that almost raw Jalapeno peppers - Yum!
