Kerrville, Texas so it’s small town living (population 1,800) with all the

... north now and going through Kerrville, Tx. This town wasn't even on my list or radar to check out. Well, it is now. An arts and culture type city with a population of 22,000 and lots of things to do. Unlike Marble Falls, the traffic in this town is slower, more job and work oriented. They all seem to work here ...

... cattle country with green acres of grazing land. I even seen a field of picked corn stubble!

We ended up in Mason, TX at a City Park campground, it was full but they allowed us to dry camp for $10. They also have a benefit rodeo going on for some youngster who has cancer so it is a busy place but we are thankful to have a place to park. We have the generator running and we are watching Madam Secretary. Life is good!
