A quick shopping trip before heading home. I got a pair of pants for 1.99 then with my teachers discount I got 10% off my purchase so ended up not paying for the pants just the capris... gotta love a good deal... headed North to Canada shortly after noon... Great ...

After touring around Bangor for a while I asked a few ladies where to get the best lobster. They gave us great directions! We each got about a two pound live lobster to take back to camp for dinner tonight, then we went to the little outdoor cafe and had two pounds of cooked and pre shelled lobster! Heaven!!!

We drove through Bangor today. No, he didn't stop for lobster. Yes, he will pay for it dearly!
We stopped for a few days in Parks Pond Campground. It's a beautiful little lake with sail boats and paddle boats and a few pontoon boats on it. We have a nice view of the lake. It's even VERY warm water! I really expected cold water up here. What a nice ...

... a side salad for lunch. But the food was so good, we ate it all and were not unhappy at all. My mom slept a little on the drive back to Bangor. Once we arrived to the apartment around 10:15 pm, my mom unloaded the "goods" she had brought for me and Mark (BISSINGERS!!!!) and we all ate a few chocolate covered raspberries for dessert. Yum, yum, yum, yum!

On Friday we hung out in Bangor as we had to take Mark to the airport around 4 for his friend's bachelor party ...

... beer or two and set off to see Reversing Falls.

Unfortunately the boat tour we wanted to take had closed and once we walked the couple mile walk to Reversing Falls, we had missed the last tour boat. That was fine because we were still able to stand above reversing falls and watch the river push the Bay of Fundy out to see with the high tide as well as have a great view of the industrial downtown of St. John. We came back and wandered through the desolate downtown area ...
