Today was a sleep-in day for me. Up at seven-thirty and the usual rituals.

After Lisa returned from whatever, we did some shopping. Lisa and i had a "two-fer" Blizzard at the DQ. Good stuff!

In the early evening, we headed over to Emerald Downs, the racetrack, for an evening of racing and dinner.

... started and got to our seats as the game was starting. We had pretty good seats in left field right behind Ibanez. There weren't to many Phillies fans in our sections but you could see the red around. We had a good time and the stadium is nice. I got some garlic fries which were delicious and we only got two beers on the inside since the domestic beers cost $8.75. The iconic market sign was lit up by the sun as I walked down Pike Street, my first stop was the fish market where a small crowd of tourists had gathered, but the stall wasn't nearly as big as it seemed on television. The men threw one or two decapitated salmon and did their shouting, but without the large crowds and people actually ordering fish they couldn't put on much of a show, maybe arriving at the start of the market wasn't the best idea after all. ...
