We did today the seal harbour tour with a amphibious vehicle. First 15 minutes on land then 60 minutes in the sea and then again 15 minutes on land. We saw sealions, pelicans and also us marines dolphines while training. A great tour to recommend. After that we ate at the kansas city bbq, where topgun was filmed. After our lunch we took a stroll through the gaslamp ...
... the day. We both enjoyed a quick breakfast before heading to the Zoo.
Our walk to the zoo was rather uneventful, although neither of us was expecting the steepness of the San Diego hills. Although we had originally though the walk to be an easy hike, we got quite a workout from it. Once in the zoo we spent a whole day admiring different kinds of wildlife. The zoo is incredibly big with several different specimens. A whole day is needed ...

The hard thing about writing these is I only get a chance when I'm super tired (like now I've been awake almost 24 hours.. and traveling most of that time) - and someone has accused me of sounding like I'm depressed in most of them! Haha far from the truth!!!! Also because it was a couple of weeks ago now and so much has happened since then I know I'm forgotten a bunch of the awesome things that happened ...
... the taxi stand about the same time as we did so we once again exchanged 'hugs' and said goodbye. Then back to reality as we traveled to El Cajon and retrieved our motor-home from the storage area at the park - and discovered that our bikes were no longer on the bike rack! Unfortunately, we were rushed when preparing to leave the park and had not found a more secure place for them. We debated filing a police report ...
