        ... so at that time I just thought it was kinda funny to meet hikers in the bathroom of a KOA, but as the morning began to pass and I saw them packing up there camp at the other end of the field I started to think differently.         What a day of ups and downs. So this morning we had our alarms set for 8am to pack and check out of our hotel have breakfast and pickup our hire car... Well let's just say things didn't go according to plan , obviously jet lag had gotten the better of us we slept through our alarm till 10 rushed to pack up our room, no shower , no food, just straight to pick up our hire car So driving in America , one of the most scary experiences of my life it took as just over 2 hours ...

        ... of San Diego, the bay area and the military base. The main visitors attractions are at the top of the hills. However, there are also some very cool tide-pools right on the coast.
