... kitchen were nice. Then I started to look around and see what she could see… We had no furniture (nothing to sit on and no mattresses), no phone or internet (and since our Chinese SIM cards weren’t working we had no way of contacting people), no hot water, we had a cooker but it wasn’t connected, no TV, washing machine or any other electricals that were stated in our contract. We asked Bruce when these things were supposed to be installed and he just kept saying ...

... none of us got ill! We asked Wanshowen to stay and eat with us to thank her
for all her help but as it was getting dark she had to go back home, which was
      a shame.

After the amazing street food, we all decided that we wanted
pampering so we all had gel manicures which Ruby told me will help me to grow
my nails, so we will see. Whilst we were in the shop four amazingly cute Chinese

... down the main strip and seriously we are like celebrities
here, everyone stares at us (in a nice way) almost crashing cars and bikes to
get a good look, people are desperate to speak to us and I must be on more
pictures here than I ever was back home because they are all taking sneaky
images on their phones and iPad of us!! As we were walking a young girl (really
can’t remember her name) popped up behind Ruby and said Hello, we all replied
      and thought no ...

... that actually feels like more than a wooden crate. It’s like 5* luxury compared to what we had accommodation wise the last 11 nights!

We met the couple that were already at the hotel, I didn’t really catch their names, they were from America and had been in China a year already after working in Korea for 4 years but they were so unsociable and couldn’t understand us let alone want to interact with us. They came to the barbecue with ...

Here are the long-awaited pictures of my Chinese wedding.

Thank you to Joy, Kristie, and Stephanie for their efforts in taking these pictures during my big moment.

So many of you told me to go away and find a bride in China.

None of you thought I would actually do it ;)

      Enjoy the photos!

BTW this was our wedding song, obviously.
