Telltale signs of the economic disaster befalling many parts of the USA and Europe. Still surprisingly, enough civic pride to have lovely Petunias dotted through the main street in attractive oversize planters. In Romeo, due to a complete miscommunication, fortunately not of our doing, several other men friends ...

... the week prior and still get a room. I can't think of a nicer place I have ever stayed! They had a free shuttle to everywhere within a 5 mile radius. The inn is owned by the Detroit Institute of Arts but run by a NGO crackerjack of a woman we never get to meet, Sue Mosey. She is known as the "Mayor of Midtown" and her fingerprints are all over the neighbourhood. She must be part Donald Trump, Martha Stewart and Nucky Thompson, and is a testament to the power of the individual ...
