We had no trouble crossing the border. The bridge is used to high volume so has many lanes ...

When we were actually boarding I realized it had lost a ...

... miles, multiple flights with numerous connections and layovers and my backpack was lost between Chicago and Detroit. I know I said I didn't want to see those clothes again, but I was only kidding.

We were finally home, my backpack arrived the next day and now the business of settling in began. I can't say it's been easy. I've felt out of sorts and at loose ends. One night Patrick found me looking up the cost of flights to Cambodia and on another occasion I was ...

... finding the Transformers 4 movie set while they were filming, and also finding numerous vacant buildings. We ended up back at our hotel in the GM RenCen. Fortunately they had a casual restaurant that met our needs quite well. We wandered back through the GM RenCen and found some ice cream and chocolate for dessert. We viewed Canada from across the river before retiring to our room. Time to rest up, tomorrow we drive across Michigan . Good ...
