When we arrived in the motor city we were told our plane was waiting for a part that was coming from China. We stopped complaining and prayed that our mechanic was having a better day than us :)

      Chicago to Detroit

A travel blog entry by kiwiplanner on Aug 20, 2012

We got up this morning early to spend a bit of time with Kirk before he went to work, but Julia had already made her early morning departures (we'd said our goodbyes last night). Once Kirk had headed out the door we got ourselves packed and ready to go.
