Spent the morning at Ki Wheelchairs , factory is growing hugely! Very happy friendly work crew which is always great to see. Came away with long list of things to do at home!!! ... bags so I ran off to the next terminal leaving Andy with bags. Of course security queues were awful and by time I got though that was 10 mins after boarding time then hate in next terminal at very extreme end!!! Not a travel stir in sight so running for the gate got there 10 mins before take off time and door closed, thinking the worst only to find plane delayed and wouldn't arrive for another ...
After four hundred miles and about seven hours of driving we landed in Mosinee, WI. This park is like no other we've camped in! Being Labor Day weekend the 400 site campground is packed; there is a DJ at the pavilion about 300 feet from us! kids on bikes everywhere, golf carts zipping around, lots of beers being consumed and did I mention, we are next to the main road and boat ...
... July and August from now on. The weather has been wonderful, no humidity, fresh air, cool nights, nothing higher than the low 80's during the days...just wonderful!
So, in summary, if you've never been to America's heartland, we would highly recommend it. You really just don't realize how majestic this country is until you get out into the great expanse of it all.

... late afternoon thunderstorm came belting down. We stayed two nights, making a braai the next evening on the smart braai place provided and left on Sunday morning for Detroit Lakes to be ready for a day of World Cup Soccer. As it was midday at the start of the Ned. Mex. game we watched on my laptop at Mc. Don. For the afternoon game the venue was a Tavern on the Lakeside. Costa Rica / Greece, petty Greece did not win, So it’s CR for the Duchies…
