... the standard eastern US beach side model of boardwalk with the ocean front on one side and some fancy hotels and a few restaurants on the other. The Atlantic Ocean seems to suffer in comparison to the Pacific as whilst the beach looked serviceable it was unimpressive and the food options for both dinner and breakfast were limited.

... that it was a long weekend and everybody was here, so we stayed Saturday night in a Cracker Barrel shop car park. On Sunday, we went to the Cape Henlopen State Park (still in Delaware) and went to the beach for a couple of hours. We paid $33 for a campsite and spent the afternoon walking a lap of the park. We headed south on the Chesapeake to Cambridge, MD...the Hyatt Resort. A beautiful resort with wonderful ammenities. We really enjoyed walking around the resort and the staff was wonderful.
