We like being flexible and doing what we enjoy when we want to do it. After all, isn't that what retirement is all about? At least, that's what our retirement is all about! ... abandoned our planned hike in favour of watching the sunset for the hot tub just steps from our room.

forgot our BoGO coupon for a local steakhouse so we hunted for an alternate spot for dinner. Thanks to Yelp, we ended up in siam Thai Cuisine in Glendale. Will was so-so about his Pad thai. We had a Coconut hot pot with enormous scallops. The best was my spicy thai fried rice with basil. ...
