At the town of “Lyndon” we turned north on US 75 to the “Crossroads RV Park” where we will be spending the night. The weather has turned windy to the point that the camper is rocking like we were on a boat, it may rain tonight, but it is not predicted to be a serious storm. ...
Time is ticking. By this time tomorrow I will be on a plane. 2 hours to Atlanta, a lay-over, and a 10 hour flight to Roma.
At this point, prayers for safety (that it would be in HIS will), last minute packing, and that my final hours home in Kansas would not be wasted, is what I would appreciate most.
... from noon until 1:00p so we would have to wait. We drove in to town stopped at a park for a picnic in the car, it was cold out, and a couple of laps around the perimeter with Gordon. The repairs took a bit longer than expected but everyone there was incredibly nice, if you ever need some work done on an RV or trailer and are in that area, I highly recommend Olathe.
