    ... these roads again took us through rolling countryside populated by ranches and farms. At the town of “Lyndon” we turned north on US 75 to the “Crossroads RV Park” where we will be spending the night. The weather has turned windy to the point that the camper is rocking like we were on a boat, it may rain tonight, but it is not predicted to be a serious storm. ...

    Time is ticking. By this time tomorrow I will be on a plane. 2 hours to Atlanta, a lay-over, and a 10 hour flight to Roma.

    At this point, prayers for safety (that it would be in HIS will), last minute packing, and that my final hours home in Kansas would not be wasted, is what I would appreciate most.

    ... from noon until 1:00p so we would have to wait. We drove in to town stopped at a park for a picnic in the car, it was cold out, and a couple of laps around the perimeter with Gordon. The repairs took a bit longer than expected but everyone there was incredibly nice, if you ever need some work done on an RV or trailer and are in that area, I highly recommend Olathe.

    ... on the ear now and the area around Lawrence
    has been getting soft rains this week. Soft rain, always and everywhere, is a

    ... pretty exhausting talking when it's so loud around you. Next Spencer called back and I ordered the special cod fish cakes with red chili. So we talked until the food came and they were so spicy that I had to devote my full attention. They fish was very good with greens and tomato sauce, just very spicy too. David still hadn't shown up at 9:00 when I was expecting and I think my waitress and I had more fun because of it. She definitely felt sorry and kept ...
