    ... to start this afternoon and it should be ready for pick-up sometime tomorrow. We are staying with my sister-in-law Judy who lives in Columbia, MO and whose home was our destination today anyway. She picked us up at CW and we will be here until Thursday morning. We were a bit apprehensive about having to take stuff out of the RV and bring to Judy's, most importantly Bruiser! The good news is that Judy has a 5 year old rescue dog the same size and ...

    ... day...right? he replied: "well...they've all closed...I hear horror stories..I wouldn't eat here if I were you...I'd go somewhere else". Hmmm. So...I did.     ... the evolution of the winery. The vineyard was started in 1974 by Curtis and Martha Bourgeois. The original vineyard sits on land that borders the Big Muddy (the Missouri River). The original home was an A-Frame building that the family lived in for two years until a more livable house could be built.     ... pull thrus. There is a some traffic noise from highway 63 running north of town, but quiet otherwise. They are saying they are booked full for the weekend since they have graduation ceremonies at the University of Missouri.

    So far, there are no weather watches or warnings in the area. Hope it stays that way.
