... been on the river that started out sunny, hot, and dry and ended up rainy, cold, and wet!
C: Otter Box... This is a water proof dry box where I store my keys, phone, billfold that must stay dry... it is just big enough to hold these items. Mine is lined with a cushion material and is bright yellow.
D: Zip lock bag..... this has TP and hand sanitizer.... for those times you have to "go" on the river.
E: Extra cloths.... sometimes I put ...
... things where done and made in years go by. We end up spending more time here than expected but was interesting to see all the arts and crafts.
Our last stop is Blanchard Springs Caverns. We get there in time for the last tour of the day.

After dinner sat and relaxed on the benches/rocking chairs of the long porch that hangs over the cliff enjoying the views. Lots of hummingbirds at the feeders all along the porch; love watching them hover. Butterflies in the ...
... the Buffalo River Outfitters. Be sure to follow the signs all the way to Camp Orr Boy Scout Camp--no signs on road for the falls.

Great porch overlooking the mountains; lots of cute canoe decorations.
Burger & fries, fantastic; chicken fettuccini, very good.
Hummingbird pie ...
... delicious for breakfast.
Bread basket has "nibblers" of the different breads--so good.
Philly cheesesteak on asaigo cheese bread, fantastic;
chicken salad sandwich on woodstock bread and potato bacon soup, very good.
Couldn't resist their homemade desserts--good chocolate gnash cake; hard to believe they were out of bread pudding.
