This hotel was dumpy and dirty. We cancelled our 2nd night and changed hotels.

Chris, E's sister, found out there was a real-time beach cam and walked out on the beach in front of the camera to wave at her kids at home. This will be a restaurant that we will eat at again next year.

... that dogs are not allowed, and Alabama law says that you cannot leave your dog unattended in a vehicle. So, we make the most of it and sit on a patch of grass near the parking lot with the dogs. It is an air show, after all! We all had a good time and finished up the day by going out for lunch at Tacky Jacks. We got home at 3:30 - just like at home where lunches last until mid to late afternoon. Isn't retirement GRAND?
