On discovery ..this bus routing only allows connections all going the same way ...very poor planning!!! ended up having to repeat the first line to get to the 3rd - and you have to do the 2nd ..etc,.."who's on first?!!". So now I have tons of pics ...but am not going to include many. Really - this is just a very modern and glamorous "western-looking" place ( except ...

The coughing did not stop all night long after that damn annoying. We woke up to a bright and sunny day but John couldn't hear and had blood on his pillow which worried me and I was still feeling awful from the coughing. A very light breakfast was had and I then went to ...

The Empire Builder Amtrak train terminates in Seattle. King Street station is a magnificent station with a massive central atrium. We take a taxi to our hotel to dump the bags and set off to explore Pike Place Market. This is where they throw fish around, there is an eclectic mix of stalls, rather like Covent Garden. We eat crab sandwiches at Lowells overlooking the bay. Next day we head in the opposite direction to visit the needle which dominates the Seattle skyline. A ride ...
