Arriving in a heavy rain, I was welcomed by being allowed to keep my motorcycle under the vast awning for the night (and a towel to dry it off too). A very friendly reception desk and weekend barkeep added to the enjoyment of the facility.
They have a small but very functional fitness center (weights & treadmil, bike and elliptical) as well as an indoor pool. There is a tv to let you forget your breathlessness too.
The restaurant/bar is not busy on Sundays but the food was good and a lively conversation with the barkeep made a nice close to the meal.
I'd definitely return here again. The room was comfortable and quiet.

HOME! We got home today around 1:30PM. Nice ride home not much traffic did about 375. Even though it wasn't a lot of mileage the ride seemed like it took forever. Shane and I both were moving a little slower as each day wore on but today when we looked at each other all we could do was smile. I said you look like I feel and he said back likewise :) :) Had the joy of unpacking the bike and trailer. That trailer is the best thing ever. We had another one and ...

It overlooked Seneca lake and was lined with vineyard after vineyard all overlooking the lake at varying heights. It was very nice and extremely ...

One couple, and their kids, talked to us as they walked us to a local store for a drink. .......I love little towns - kinda that Mayberry feeling here. I stopped by the war memorial to pay respect to all the names. Their town has done an excellent job with this memorial, it is nice to see so much pride in everything this town has - the small details make all the difference! ...
Woken by alarm. However, I had alarm set for 8.30 instead of 7.30 and Gab already gone for the van before we woke. I had reheated pasta and cold pizza from last night for breakfast. Left about 10 to go to Palmerton Pennsylvania to see our friend Steve Obremski. GPS 'Judy Garmon' took us on lots of back roads as well as highways. It was pretty and interesting - some poorer neighborhoods as well.
