    ... had published a walking tour of the city that we decided to try, starting at the Marienplatz. Our first stop was the old Hertie department store.     ... what kind of tree we had been parked under but the car was covered in an incredibly sticky sap. No doubt made worse from the storm.

    All depends on what side of the Nysa Luzycka river you are on. You could be in either Germany or in Poland.
    So just to be sure we covered all of this quaint old town by crossing the footbridge and taking some pictures on each side.
