... I was tired and scared of everything. I finally got some tortellini and grapes and hid in my hotel room, trying in vain to stay up until a reasonable bedtime hour. I made it to 6:30. I still woke up at 8 the next morning though.

This morning I woke up feeling terrible. My cough was worse and I had no energy, even after a decent sleep.
