... at first, because of course I've never heard a woman give a sermon before. Also, I kept forgetting that she wasn't speaking her own words, so when she mention her wife, I did feel some confusion until I remembered what was happening. I liked it though. I've also had the opportunity to hear a prayer interpreted from English to French. Rather than simultaneous, this was consecutive which means that there was a pause after every few words for the interpreter to fill in.
