... every hour is happy and the cocktails came buy one get one free - but at a budget busting 90,000 Dong. The staff bring the free ones as the first are start to look optimistically half full, so you get them cold. Orders three and four buggered the budget and lessened the blow. Where does one start when describing the traffic and road rules in Vietnam.? There are t shirts available here that suggest red, orange and green lights all mean go. Well, that pretty much sums it up but there are surprisingly few accidents given the number of vehicles. Horns get tooted constantly and everybody just gives a little and drives slowly most of the time. Intersections and just a crazy slowing intertwining path of vehicles.
