    ... did all of this before lunch?! On the menu of this nice little cafe I saw a ham & cheese sandwich, with optional egg! Wow. You don't see sandwich meat in China, or real cheese. So I ordered that up and stuffed it down. Delish. I ordered a second one with scrambled egg on it.
