... Hills. There was a cage stretching 30 meters long that all of the monkeys were sitting outside of (?!). I’ve heard stories of monkeys and their cunning ways and I’ve seen Aladdin enough to know that I shouldn’t have gone too close, but when I saw the monkeys eating crackers and tumbling around I couldn’t help myself. I asked Megan to take a photo of me with the precious monkey and as I stood next to him (holding my sunglasses and bag, of course) he jumped ...

McDonald's for lunch as Tom didn't want to go near any Indian food and ...

... and incense. It is also the home of Ashtanga Yoga. Unfortunately I didn’t have enough time to do a yoga course. Most courses are about a month long intensive so maybe I’ll have to come back sometime in the future. We were feeling brave again and hungry so we enjoyed some delicious street food. Masala Dosa is almost like a savory pancake filled with spiced onions and potatoes and served with a chutney dip. We ...

... trek to Savandurga and Ranganathaswamy hill. After an half an hour we reached the temple with disappointment. We still trekked some more distance and took some snaps under the rocks. Then we climbed a rock to see the way so that we can decide about our further trek. But we found the way to be quite uninteresting since the way was completely and uniformly covered by grass which made us think that trekking that hill was just like walking ...
