... paintings or portraits or sculptures or textiles but more the avente-garde type of stuff. Not quite cutting edge but something there for most likes that are slightly off 'mainstream'. We leave this morning for Portland, Oregon. I have been looking forward to this destination. I will get to visit my Grandparents, this is something very important to me. ... lining on the border of the street or straight down the center.

We ended the night with a picnic dinner with friends, in the Overlook neighborhood, overlooking the Columbia River—a great end to a solid study of a super sustainable city.
