The cleaners arrived every night at about 21:00 to clean the Hateem and I found that if I waited near the Hateem wall just behind the cleaning machines, the crowd helped to get me into the Hateem quite easily.

Arrival and Hotel Check-in
We arrived in Makkah just before Asar and had to make Wudhu in the hotel Masjid. Check-in was only after Asar. Check-in at Dar Al Eiman Royal was efficient.

We got our room keys after Asar. The rooms/shower/toilet are a nice size - I'd rate the hotel 4 star. TV channels have 24 hour cameras of Makkah and Madinah Harams.
