... were just terrible. I had horrible muscle cramping pain and shaking. We continued on to try to make it to the first stop but I got slower and slower. We packed our bags to head south today and enjoyed a full buffet of breakfast food. Leaving the hotel on bikes we started a crazy descent with many switchbacks.
