    ... was too late of notice, there was traffic, or it was on the wrong side of the road. Bummer! But, there were some municipal stops (called, Halte Municipal) . . . I stopped at one and took some pictures.

    We knew we were likely to be separated in the construction traffic, and stops that one or the other of us wanted to make, so we agreed to rendezvous a few kilometers from where Quebec ends and ...

    After spending the day at the hospital, and the supper JC's family, I needed a date to rest. JC and the kids headed to the beach / falls for the day. They came back and had supper at the cottage. I enjoyed the sun from our deck then later at the rocky beach area steps from the cottage. Still not quite 100% but working on ...

    ... on exhibit Rene Lesveque's family artifacts and memorabilia from families in the region. The most interesting part of the exhibit for me as an educator was the one on the history of Bill 101 as seen by the residents of Rene's hometown. This is an exhibit that all Quebecers should be exposed to before commenting on language issues. Just up the road the Acadian village - shops and art work. Next we visited the Bourdages family home .
