... needed to get the flat tire repaired. So we headed into town early this morning so the truck would be in tip top shape for the remainder of the trip.

As we made our way down the windy Wasatch mountain road, Victor and I guessed at the probable cost of having his truck overhauled. We had a list of items for the mechanic to check. We have become acclimated to Pacific Time which is 3 hours earlier than home, so now that we are heading East, we will have to adjust our sleep schedules.

The ride through Nevada was long flat stretches of highway with an occasional climb to a mountain summit, ...

Arrived in Park City Sunday afternoon. East drive. A street fair was happening in front of the Marriott we were staying at. We later went shopping for treats and of course diet coke. Today we drove to Salt Lake City and saw the Temple sites and of course a little shopping. Later we went to the Olympic park training site, then back to town to ride a gondola to the top of the mountain in Park City. As I write this Abby an Kathryn are off to a near by outlet mall. Good ...
