Finally, the sun has decided to shine on us; as we woke on the morning we were to arrive in Germany the sun came out making the drive to the ferry delightful and warm...at last!

The ferry was not a long cruise across, but it was a long wait for it. Once we started to load, we were accompanied by a train; yep, it drove straight on with us ...

... turned off my cellular data but I guess my phone can still receive/send texts and phone calls. I was wondering how much this is gonna cost. Damn roaming charges. Todays confusing itinerary was to get from Hamburg to Copenhagen. There is an intercity express that stops in Lubeck. I got a local ticket to Lubeck, then needed to be on the Intercity Express from Lubeck to Copenhagen.

I'd bought a Denmark Rail Pass for my 3 days there but that was only valid from Denmark. I still needed a local ticket ...

    No Sleep til Berlin

Woke up super duper early to catch my 7:44 train to Berlin. Didn't want to miss it or have to run across town like in Oslo. Found my seat which I might say was kinda fancy. I have a seat in a little closed off section for 4 but I'm the only one in there. Grabbed my freebie blanket that I ganked from the night train and took a snooze. About 2 hours later I was woken up by the coolest most kick ass surprise!! "Excuse me please exit the train and board ...
