... as a cost saving factor.   For the most part each buffet meal offered a choice of chicken, fish, beef, plantains rice, rice and beans, salads and dessert. Sounds very nice, doesn't it?  Not if it's been sitting in a chaffing dish and dried out, or if each meal looks and taste like the previous one. Port Jefferson is named after our third president. It's a deep water port that has ferry service to Connecticut. Finally, it has not escaped our notice that we live in the woods, I have seen 3 rabbits, and while we were watching one rabbit a bluejay came and landed in the bird bath next to it. Super-awesome.

NB We don't live in Hicksville, that is where the Ikea is.

... Last, but certainly not least, our guides Jan and Andreas (Andi) were excellent. They were always there to answer any questions, help you when needed, friendly and were more than happy to tell you about their own countries (Czech Republic and Austria). We appreciated everything they did to make sure that we had a fantastic experience, while remaining safe. I tried to be honest in my assessment above, perhaps a bit picky, but please don't misunderstand, VBT did ...
