... Vietnam has one of the lowest return rates for tourists, with only 5% coming back after their first visit. I had sort of been bracing myself for this but havn’t had any real issues. Some people have been brisque and the hard sell is a little full on at times. But I’ve had just as many, if not more good encounter than I have bad, such as with Miss Forget Me Not. ... eating and drinking. It's a tough life. A few people from the group have done cookery classes or got clothes tailored (Hoi An is renowned for tailoring, apparently).
Tomorrow we are leaving for Ho Chi Minh City, otherwise known as Saigon. We are there for three more nights before heading across the border into Cambodia. Sorry that this entry is a bit short and dull, we haven't had much spare time!

On again for another 40 minutes to our final destination, Hoy An, a beautiful and historic town set a few kilometres in from the coast on a series of waterways.
After checking into the rather smart Golf Hoi An Hotel, we walked into the picturesque town and a local restaurant for rice paper wrapped meat, spring rolls and vegetables. Lovely!
