... me, so we occupied ourselves with various diversions - reading, writing, blogging, watching a movie, etc. The flight was smooth and without incident. Once again we deplaned in Japan while the efficient Japanese cleaning crew redid the plane. The Nagoya airport is modern, clean and efficient - and they have restrooms and snacks in the gate area!

One point of humor - there are long walks from gate to gate in this part of the airport. I assume this is because ...

Today we went off to Nagoya Castle. So far it has been my favorite and not just because the SAKURA ARE RUFFIANLY IN FULL BLOOM but it had a awesome layout and design. We also went to the palace but it had been rebuilt and was all new so it wasn't as good. The we went to a shrine that was deep in a park that was more like a forest. There I saw Miko-sans! Later we found another discount figure store where I went a bit nuts =P

... mall has a few floors of men and ladies fashion boutiques. The one that caught my eye was the shop titled MURDER LICENSE. A store that had some pretty crazy fashion trends that must be all the rage in Japan. But for a stocky guy, such as myself. I was sorely disappointed. I found that a lot over in Japan. I just didn't fit into a lot of their clothes. It wasn't until I entered a H&M that I really found my home. I went crazy and purchased way too many clothing items ...
