    ... so you would think the meals would reflect that but we ate at around 2am and then again about 6am I think. Anyway, the food helped to settle my stomach which seems to go for about 2 hours happily on Travacalm and then needs a top up.     ... challenge with no handrail & steep uneven know what I'm like for steps guys. Jenny carries on a little further but then decides she's had enough too but of course Ian's made of sterner stuff and conquers the summit......well tower 23 anyway. He's a bit wet when he gets back down to us and needs more water and his knees are a bit shaky. My hero!!!
