... and sights to see I'm off to explore the city. Beijing is a great city to get lost in. Duck down what appears to be an alley and you are soon overwhelmed by the ancient shops and temples. Or maybe you will come across one of the various night markets and you can give sample the local treats. Maybe a little scorpion tonight? A seahorse, some snake or maybe a cocoon or two? Doesn't tickle your fancy, then maybe just some ...

... but to stand on one of the largest, yet oldest structures in the world, breath taking. As I saw how incredibly massive it was, it was humbling and intriguing. How many people and how many years did it take to make such a marvel? Buildings now are built in months or a few years. There is heavy machinery and tools to make the process quick, but something that massive being built in 220 BC, unfathomable. Parts of it were ...

... fountain in the centre, 2 whirlpool's and 2 waterfalls. Sounds effects of frogs and birds are playing the whole time as well. The men's changing room is like another mini spa area, there is another whirlpool, steam room, sauna, showers and changing area. It seems that this area is an opportunity for men to relax and enjoy the spa with no clothes on, even the towel around your waste is an item too much. I have had to keep telling ...
