    ... knowing more of the history. I really enjoyed the Olympic park. Over 4,000 babies born in china were named 'Aoyun', the Chinese word for 'Olympic games', whilst the country was getting ready for Beijing 2008. Overall, I feel a little bit disappointed with Beijing, Super busy and touristy. Can't really explain why but just wasn't what I was hoping for and not getting an amazing feel for the city.     Despite our original flight being canceled, we arrived in Beijing on Saturday morning. We were fortunate to land on a very clear day, with the mountains visible in the distance. We haven't seen them since. Link's mother, Nini, picked us up at the airport, and took us out for Peking Duck on Saturday night.
