    That night we went out and experienced the nightlife with everyone from the hostel. Being such a small town, the bars and places to eat were all very close together which made things very easy.

    First on this trip, Angie and I had a few days to recover ( and defrost from the Canberra/Melbourne winter) in Paris with Kate. Alan still toughing it out at home for a couple of weeks as he has a concert to play. Flew to Lisbon for a great week there. What a fabulous city! So relaxed and laid back.....but I feel sorry for the older residents.....how on earth do they negotiate the hills in the centre of town. ...

We happened to however walk past a bar that was showing that All Blacks game, I convinced Dina to stay for one half at least while we ate the cheap breakfast.
