... round a humid city all day but feeling good.
The good think about KL is that it is compact and you can walk around all the main sites in a day without having to take public transport, everything is doable by foot, the best way to get to know a city. I felt that I have got to know KL in one full day which was good so in that sense it may be worth a stopover but it won't blow you away...unless you like tall stuff and heat.

So I got in to my room and passed out for five hours. That was not intended - I meant to get up at noon and do some errands. Actually, I meant to go to the Underground River today because the weather was beautiful but I was just too tired and the tours leave at 7:30 AM so I'd already missed them. It was lovely to sleep though and I was completely passed out.
