... rich that move countries (unless they want to get richer), but the poor.... the down and outs looking for something better than their lot in the place of their birth. The buildings of La Boca reflect that movement......sometimes nothing more than shacks made from whatever materials were at hand. The football club is the focus for the people. ... running late at all. In fact we were ahead of schedule which we discovered, to our dismay, that the journey was actually a total of 45 hours and not twenty, leaving us with another 24 hours on the bus. Great!

We eventually arrived at the Milhouse Hostel, Ave De Mayo, ready to get down to serious partying. We just had the small matter of a temporary passport to arrange with the British consulate.

... to the school. We got to see the kids in their classrooms and learn that many of them walked to school from the nearby mountains. After the presentation the children sang a couple of songs and showed us a traditional dance. It was wonderful to see.
