We are winding up our trip to Dallas and have spent the time with Simon and his family. Sunday, Monday and Tuesday has meant beautiful weather with daytime temperatures reaching 21 degrees and very sunny. We have visited a number of parks and done a few good walks. Sunday we went to Lewisville. We miss the coffee shops attached to the parks we have back in Australia. On Monday Steve and Christine went to Grapevine Mills DFO to try and retrieve the taxes ...

The park has many camping sites allowing for walking and ...

After a really uncomfortable night in a very bouncy bed, we hit the town! Dallas is a beautiful city & our first stop was the downtown trolley tour. The trip lasted 75 mins & was very informative. We wandered into the West End & found Sonny Bryan's Smokehouse where we stopped for lunch & then headed to the JFK museum. The museum was very cool, we spent a good couple of hours wandering about inside ...
