          ... at this facility were saying how the medical doctor is not always there and so sometimes they have to be the pharmacist, the medical doctor and the nurse which just sounded very stressful to have all those responsibilities. But the one nurse was a nurse practitioner and so by our standards would be able to prescribe medications like the medical doctor however nurses are never pharmacists so that was interesting.           ... headed down some stairs and found a little covered area with 3 bamboo beds in it. On top of the beds were banana leaves, and there were little fires burning underneath. It was basically like a tanning bed. You lay on top with banana leaves on top of you and underneath you and just enjoy the warmth.
