      FAROS BEACH

The E hotel I am staying these days is at Pervolia, a quiet village situated 16 km from Larnaca.

The last few years it is experiencing significant tourist development mainly because of its sandy beaches and shallow waters. Tourists love this place and this is the reason of the many villas close to the hotel and the round area.

... needed to get away from my apartment. It was nice, I got a chance to breath and take time for myself. I finally saw a movie in a theatre after these 2 long months! Boy did I miss just the comfortable feeling of sitting in the theatre smelling the wonderful aroma of the popcorn. I miss the comfort of things I can easily get access to at home. This coming weekend marks my first travel adventure outside of Cyprus. I will be going on a 3 day cruise of the Greek ...

My passion is life just in general, living it to the fullest, and taking advantage of the opportunities that God allows. Being a Mariner has been such a blessing these past three years of my life. The people I have met, well I ...

... Evie was explaining about the history of the cyprus, and the the pottery and statues. I was in awe of all the art but more in awe about the history of it. It was amazing to here the stories and legends of the Greek gods and how they were expressed in the stories. I was more in awe about how little I knew. I feel like Europeans are so much more educated than Americans. I feel like they have a deeper understanding and appreciation for their culture. ...

... colorful characters we played against, most looking like mug shots of the Taliban. Even though most didn't speak a word of English and we didn't speak Turkish or Arabic, I was able to blend into the game and so much can be said with a smile or a nod of the head. Carmen however, stood out like a sore thumb...and she's a woman. Rarely do you see a woman playing poker in this type of ...
