    ... it got too hot, the next morning, but in reality we didn't get out the door until after 10am, which is when the hotel stopped serving breakfast. It was also Sunday, so nothing was open. We went for a walk along the Venetian wall and hopped down, when we saw a place open, to grab an iced coffee and some doughnuts.     ... advised against taking the donkeys down, as they make that trek many times per day and are smart enough to know there is water waiting for them at the bottom of the zig-zag cliff ride down. Being as hot as it was there, I can't say I really blame them!

    ... had a traditional Easter meal for a fixed price. It started with lots of wine and mageritsa, a green-colored soup that has bits of...well...all the lamb that you wouldn't usually eat. AND I ATE IT. We had salad, too, and water. After that we each got an absolutely massive platter of lamb and potatoes, which was really, really, good, but there was just so much meat.     ... and checked on Holly. I was about to go buy some more food when I realised I had lost my credit card. Now was not the time to be losing credit cards!!! I retraced my step and realised we had left it at the supermarket when there was confusion over the limit of my card. I raced back in the hire car and thank god there it was, no harm done!
