... a nightmare, and the beautiful view would be cram packed with boats! The cruise passengers are in town for less than 24 hours and I don’t think many of them even explore much further than Fira!

As well as overpriced drinks and trinkets, every second store in Fira is a jewellery shop. We decided here might be the place to buy our wedding rings! We shopped around at a few different places, and found one we were happy with on price and service (not too pushy or ...

Today (Monday) has been a day of relax, went out for breakfast and not much else. We're so blessed to be experiencing this lovely part of the world. Xoxo A & ...

Mykonos might actually mean 'windy island' according to locals - which I could understand given the abundance of old windmills to take photos of. The cool of the wind may have decreased the sizzle feeling on our skins as we returned to our hotel pool with some unexpected sunburn.
Travelling is great for meeting people and here we made friends with a great English couple who drove us to super paradise beach and who we hung out ...

... his silcar senior first aid skills to use! With me all bandaged up again, we jump in a taxi and head for home. The events from later in the evening are all a bit hazy, but there was more wine, nice food and some Australians terrorising the other patrons at restaurant. Jules and Mish gatecrashed some honeymooners table and made them order shots toasting their nuptials and continued onto a table full of Americans for irish coffees and for bed by ...
