For our trip, we are traveling as lightly as possible. We are carrying camping gear that most hostel backpackers wouldn't need, so we have to go light on everything else. We are splitting the tent between our packs, but we each have our own sleeping pad and Thermarest Sleep System. We both have 50 liter Osprey backpacks.
