... fizzy grapefruit juice with a bit of gin added, doesn’t sound much but it is widely drunk. It is not cheap however, we bought 12 x 50ml cans and were astounded when we were asked to pay €44! That’s €7 a litre for a bit of well, lemonade but with 5% gin added. Still, it’s done now and it is a nice, cooling drink. Better than tomato juice, which is what I am having ...

In calm conditions, showering on the hoof is perfectly feasible, as is having breakfast and we do this quite ...

        Shopping and packing

A travel blog entry by annekenincoq on Jun 29, 2013

Megan and I awoke today to the prospect of finishing our shopping. First it was going to be a stop at the Merrimekko shop in downtown Pori. After paying for parking we walked the few blocks to the store, a 2 storey store, with clothing and purses on the first floor, and kitchen and bath on the second floor along with some other brands of clothing. We shopped for quite a while and finally settled on a few things to purchase realizing that the prices were quite ...
