    ... into Saariselka (KKK national park) led by Seppo Penttinen and Mikko Pehkonen. Since then Gwyneth has moved here, settled and married a Fin, has a son and works in a Finnish school. And I enjoyed many treks with Seppo and Mikko from the University of Lapland, twelve in all, into different parts of the Finnish wilderness on foot and at times by canoe.     Disc Golf - A
    Awesome fun. It was free, took 2-2.5 hours and was great exercise. Seriously, give it a go - just remember to avoid the trees as the discs don't really pass through them.

    Finnish Sauna - A
    Done authentically with no pants! Only things missing were an ice cold pool to plunge into and an ice cold beer to drink but I'll get to that next time.
