... pool is actually IMMENSELY therapeutic and I can now see why its so popular over here. I admit it was only the sauna at the hotel so it wasn't a proper outdoor one or anything that but boy was it relaxing! Now the next trick is find a genuine outdoor smoke-sauna, with beer!

My training has been going appallingly so I decided to go for a run round one of the bits of the lake here in Jyvaskyla. I would heartily recommend it, its peaceful, clean, safe and not too far at about 9-10km all the way around. I'm unfit though, so it hurt a lot. Still the views were sensational and its something I'll be doing a lot while I'm here.
... It's either free and good, or costs a bit and definitely worth it. Especially if it is your kind of thing.
B - If you are really into this then give if it a go and you'll love it. If not then its still pretty good to do, but definitely not on the "cannot be missed"
C - Meh. If you've got nothing else to do then might as well. Not great but not the worst thing in the world
D - Don't bother. Just not worth it
