The program is sponsored by the government and it seems that he will attend it for a few years until he is signed to a professional soccer team. It's a feeder school for the national teams of Europe. It looks like Mikal has a very good chance of being signed to a contract soon(players can be signed as early as age 15/16) so he's kind of a big deal and it's pretty cool. ...
