    Grüezi miteinand!

    Switzerland has been the highlight of my trip, the chocolate here is amazing!! We went to a shop when we arrived called Case Grande which was a souvenir shop that contained Swiss Army knives, cuckoo clocks, chocolate and many other things.     The fitbit is a tiny piece of technology that tracks the amount of movement you've had in a day. When working in a sedentary job, this can really help to monitor the amountt of physical activity you are doing and possibly challenge you to increase it! I've seen the fitbit with a little flower that grows as you increase your activity and petals that increase in numbers proportionately to the number of steps you take in a day.

Enough so that while I thought I would spend a week in Switzerland paying for things there made me realise 4 nights was much more practical. So to my 4 days in Switzerland.
