Next we are onto the Blue ridge mountains and a short travel through the Shenandoah National park. 105 miles of roads along the ridge and known as the Skyline trail. ... Washington Nationals and the New York Mets and what a fun afternoon it was! First off we got off the Metro which is right at the ballpark and they have an area setup called 'The Bullpen' where everyone goes for pre game drinkies!

... museums and places of interest - I think the girls finally had the epiphany that learning can be fun - don't know how long it'll last but it was nice when they had that thought process!

Today we had a different plan of attack, bearing in mind just how cold we were previously we rugged up even more. I started my day at the gym - no one there again, what's wrong with these people?
