I met Lisa J at the Ori for lunch, it was great to see her and we enjoyed a lovely lunch together and lots and lots of chat :) James is doing really well and she and Anthony and Sarah are driving up to Brisbane to celebrate his 25th birthday later ...

The beagle girls are happy to see us :) We all went inside, I assembled the heater and put it on in Simons room and sent him photo, he replied and is happy and thankful. The beagle girls and I went for a nice walk and then settled in at home in front of the fire for the evening. Beagle girls fed, Simon got home at about 7.40pm then we all had pizza for dinner from the local pizza ...
... to check in and hit the grocery store. Katoomba is just one of several quaint towns in the area. It had one main drag about a mile long at best, but plenty of restaurants and lots of little shops. The apartment was actually an A frame guesthouse with a loft bedroom and a nice fireplace all set up and ready to burn. It gets down into the 40's at night so we really enjoyed a nice fire.

... and the beagle girls are up. And the day went like this ... A nice cup of tea, treadmill, toast and a smoothie, shower and dressed, Sun Valley for some chook food, Katoomba to the auto electrician to have the drivers headlight attended to, Woollies and home again. A nice cup of tea, walked the beagle girls, did the ironing ... Dinner for all and ... Bed ...
