Last family breakfast all together for a while. Packed up our bags and caught a transfer down to Cairns. Plane to Sydney, long flight; took 3 hours. Transferred from domestic airport to international through an enigma of lifts and gate passes. After passing through a total of 12 different lifts we arrived at international airport. ... Rode for a while the just pulled over for. A stretch. (More time wasting) had a quick look at the map and figure if we kept going we could hook up to Penrith and onto Windsor. It would also get me off the highway for a while as I don't quite like riding the highway... Problem was just up ahead we ran into some road works... Then more. It was only an 80 km road so going wasn't as fast... And then I stuffed up again and missed the turn ...
