Dinner - lasagne - was a hit with Susanna - Darius, not so much!! He is 6 and fabulously intelligent and funny. An old nerdy man trapped in a boy's body. Finished with deconstructed apple pie with cream and peanut butter chocolate while we watched Offspring. A show I love, but rarely see, story of my television viewing life.

... Waters and National Pass track. The track first took me down the clif side into the Valley of the Waters which has two beautiful waterfalls and pools, I then walked the National Pass track which takes you along a ledge halfway up the cliff face with brilliant views and ends up at the spectacular Wentworth Falls, before a steep sections of stairs back up the mountain. - I have been lucky enough to visit the Blue Mountains twice, on Saturday with 3rd Uncle by car, where we went to Wentworth Falls, Leura Village and Carrington's for lunch (apparently the first landmark in Katoomba, it came complete with a feeling of 'The Shining' and a creepy, pale barman) and yesterday for an overnight stay where I spent ages in Scenic World and today went for 2 hour clifftop walk with my Serena ...
... is very quiet, he doesn't say much. At 8, he tends to have his head hidden under his cap and shrugs his shoulders a lot. With a little patience, I'm slowly getting some smiles out of him. You just have to work out which button is the smiley button. Quinn at 14, has grown so tall and is a very nice young man. He doesn't go out much. I thought he would be off with his mates, but he's been happy to talk to us and join us in any of the trips we've done.
