I have stayed here at least twice before. It is about 20 minutes by car from the boardwalk. We got the handicap access room which was great. First floor and lots of space. The price is right is you aren't too picky. I had to figure out how to make the TV work myself. Then I realized it wasn't plugged in because the on/off button doesn't work lol. Ghetto. But for one night, it wasn't a big deal. They offer breakfast in the morning. Make your own waffles with a waffle makers, pastries, juice, and coffee. I talked quick and was able to take it to the room. You are suppose to eat it in the extremely small lobby. Next time I visit AC, I really want to stay at a hotel on the boardwalk. For Labor Day weekend, the prices were out of control.

Also visited NJ Motorsports Park nearby in the hope that there would be some action on one of their two very fast looking race circuits...there wasn't but ...

Our New Jersey visit has come to an end and we have a whole new perspective and respect for the people and places. On the map, it looks like NJ is about half forests and preserves. The Jersey shores are pristine, well loved and used. It was a great visit and the Nydams helped make it great fun!

... around and find some bargains, but the heat gets to us and we just can’t be bothered walking around any longer. It was an outdoor mall so it made it difficult to walk around and be enthusiastic about anything in this kind of heat. We head back after an hour or so of looking at the outlets, decide to shower early and have some relaxing drinks by the “lake”. We eat by the car and out of the campground to avoid the bugs and have an early night. ...
Before we got into the rougher seas, we passed by a day tourist fishing boat and saw a parasailer.
Here are a couple of shots of the Atlantic City skyline.
When we arrived at the marina we were scheduled to stay, we found the family owned facility very friendly. We still had need of an air ...
