... to seeing them both and spending time with them around Berlin. Ok back to the blog, Saturday we had a slow start to the day at Dorethy's place at Irvine (about an hour out of Glasgow) then drove back to Ronnie's place in Glasgow. We were told that there is a beach near Irvine so we had to have a look. We stopped at Troon and walked on the beach. Definitely not up to par to our usual Kellys Beach, ...

Day 7, yesterday, was probably one of my favorite days so far. Uncle Jimmy and Aunty Marie took us for a drive for about an hour and a bit to a place called Loch Lomond. ... Roadie joined us after taking a while to find the car park which was unsigned. Lunch was good and we were ready for a sit down. We were to walk into Linwater Caravan Park this afternoon so this was the only meeting with the Roadie today. Boots were changed to walking shoes as the walking this afternoon was all on road. We said our goodbyes and as we had a further 5 miles to walk today and headed out crossing the A70 before taking a minor road towards Kirknewton. The terrain ...

... We had just settled in when Shona arrived and it was nice meeting up with them again. Shona loved the carpet I had brought her and Dominic liked the book by Gen Lord, so all was well :).

After a nap it was off to the local pub, where we had a few beers and talked to the locals. I ...
