After traversing many screens in their checkin flow, I was told my passport was unverified and I would have to checkin at the airport. From a usability viewpoint, telling me this much earlier in the flow would seem to yield a better experience. Stop! I'm away from software work for a month so shelve ...

... more. He’s keen to walk around, but I’m also hungry, and I’m guessing he is too. So we go to the cafeteria, so I can give him some food as well as get some for myself. Seeing gumbo on the menu, I decide to give it a go, as we don’t tend to get it in Australia! George enjoys his yoghurt, banana and his exercise on the grass, and we go inside after awhile where I cannot help smiling as I take him to the "Australian" exhibit ...

PIt was a less than restful sleep. Anxious to get underway on this journey of mine. I did manage to get a little sleep in a comfortable bed. Early wake up call! Elevator too far from lobby to haul my luggage to lobby. Forgot to check status of flight before left, Delayed! Ugh! So now I sit and wait! Will write more as day progresses.
